Order Handling and Fulfilment
Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment confirmation. Processing typically takes one to three business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During promotional periods, peak seasons, or special releases, preparation times may be extended. Customers will be notified if a material delay occurs.
Delivery Coverage

Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, parcel size, and weight, and are displayed prior to order confirmation. Certain orders may qualify for complimentary standard shipping where promotional thresholds apply, as indicated at checkout. All shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Estimated Transit Times
Delivery timelines vary by destination and shipping method selected. Standard international delivery generally requires approximately 7 to 21 business days, while expedited options, where available, may take 3 to 7 business days. All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as transit may be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Customs Clearance and Import Charges
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and remain the responsibility of the recipient. Customers are advised to check local import regulations prior to placing an order.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Elencouture is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen thereafter. Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address information may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Elencouture is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect address details.
Delivery Limitations
Deliveries to post office boxes are not supported; a physical street address is required. Shipments to remote or restricted areas may require additional time or incur supplementary charges depending on courier policies.
Returns and Return Shipments
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an item confirmed to be defective or incorrectly supplied. Customers are strongly encouraged to use trackable return shipping methods, as Elencouture is not liable for items lost during return transit.
